New version of the SDMX RESTful API Specification

The SDMX Technical Working Group has released version 1.3.0 of the SDMX RESTful web services API specification. The new version contains two new features (including the frequently requested possibility to retrieve a valid set of codes after constraints resolution) and several improvements to existing features and to the documentation.

What is SDMX?

SDMX, which stands for Statistical Data and Metadata eXchange, is an ISO standard designed to describe statistical data and metadata, normalise their exchange, and improve their efficient sharing across statistical and similar organisations. The SDMX initiative sets standards to facilitate the exchange of statistical data and metadata using modern information technology.
