New version of the SDMx RESTful API Specification

The SDMx Technical Working Group has released version 1.2.0 of the SDMx RESTful web services API specification.

The new version contains one new feature (the possibility to retrieve a single hierarchy within an hierarchical codelist), and several improvements to the documentation.
