The SDMx Roadmap 2020 is a renewed strategic guidance, communicating high-level goals and key priorities of the seven sponsoring organisations for the coming years.
The SDMx sponsors have identified four main priority areas for their “horizon 2020”:
- Strengthening the implementation of SDMx
- Making data usage easier, especially for policy use
- Modernising statistical processes, improving the SDMx standard and the IT infrastructure
- Improving communication
Strategic goals and expected results are described in the full document. The roadmap will guide a rolling medium-term action plan at the level of sponsor organisations, with precise deadlines and responsibilities.
