• New Codes Added: Introducing codes _U, X, and R, expanding our ability to capture nuanced observation details.
• Enhanced Documentation: We've refreshed our guidelines and documentation format to align with other cross-domain code lists for ease of use and accessibility.
• Default Code Value: Remember, when no value is paired with an observation, the default code ("A" - Normal) can be assumed.
