In order to further promote the use and implementation of the SDMX technical standards and guidelines, a series of self-learning videos are being made available by one of the SDMX sponsors (Eurostat). Each video is accompanied by a “student book” and a self-test document.

The learning package includes a set of seven explanatory videos that will enable users to gain a general understanding (Welcome to SDMX, Introduction to SDMX and SDMX Information model), deepen their knowledge on key SDMX components (Data Structure Definitions and Metadata Structure Definitions) as well as introduce them to important technical aspects of the international standard (SDMX-ML Messages and XML based technologies used in SDMX).
