New version of the SDMX RESTful API Specification

The SDMX Technical Working Group has released version 1.5.0 of the SDMX RESTful web services specification.

Version 1.5.0 adds support for VTL artefacts, switches to Open API for the service definition and also offers several improvements to other existing features, the documentation and the Wiki.
